Jenny’s Dispensary

Bend, OR

“As a growing and expanding dispensary, we are always looking for new ways to give a great customer experience, and at the same time, operationally alleviating the cash burden and fees that come with this industry. We want to digitize our operations and be compliant so we don’t always have to keep changing our platforms and customer touch points.”

Read below how Jenny’s Dispensary leverages
LevelPay for a streamlined, bank-supported,
cashless payment experience.

Jenny’s
budtenders initiate a transaction.

1. The purs platform is integrated into their customer-facing screen.

2. Employees enter their protected PIN and the transaction amount.

3. Then, purs generates a unique QR code on the screen for the customer to scan.

Step Two:
The customer completes the transaction via their purs app.

  1. The customer opens the purs app on their phone and scans the QR code.

  2. They authorize the payment amount to Jenny’s and the payment is initiated.

  3. A digital record is generated and the funds generally settle within 24 hours.

Result:
Jenny’s now has a
business advantage because:

1. The customer had a frictionless and modern brand experience.

2. Cash handling and risk exposures have been significantly mitigated.

3. Funds are not delayed as with today’s payment processing services.

4. Jenny’s point-of-sale payments are now digitized, legal, and compliant.
